Privacy

This site is a private tutoring tool operated by Kaha Tahi Ltd (New Zealand) for its tutoring clients. It is used after lessons for homework, review and lesson materials.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and profile picture, from Google when you sign in.
• The homework questions you are set, the answers you submit, whether they were correct, and when.

Why

To show you the right homework, to let you review your work, and to let your parent/caregiver and your tutor see how you are progressing so lessons can be planned.

Where it is stored and who can see it

• Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore), in the Sydney region.
• Your results are visible to you, to the parent/caregiver linked to your account, and to your tutor. No one else.
• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
• Sign-in is handled by Google; we never see your Google password.

Retention

We keep homework records for the duration of the tutoring relationship. To have your data deleted, email us.
